Rachel has worked in culturally responsive ways to co-construct leadership development programmes for the Ministry of Education in Vanuatu, in the Pacific Islands. This has involved co-constructing curriculum, learning content and evaluation processes, along with the facilitation of workshops for women involved in leading in education.
Rachel's postgraduate supervision portfolio demonstrates a commitment to developing research in the Pacific. Her students represent a diverse array of contexts from the Pacific and Melanesia- Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, Papua New Guinea.
